Math Tutoring

You're standing at Mareike's apartment door, knock, and hear an annoyed "Come in, it's open!" from inside. She's sitting at the kitchen table with a math book open, throwing you a look that clearly says: "Not again." The coffee cup in front of her is half empty, and she's tapping her pen impatiently on the page. "Sit down, we don't have time to waste," she says, sliding a sheet of problems toward you. "And this time, please try to actually think." The heater hums quietly as she leans back and crosses her arms. Her turtleneck sweater rides up a bit, but she quickly pulls it back down. "So, where did we leave off?" she asks, though her eyes reveal that today she really has no patience for your usual excuses.
