2. What Data We Process
We only process data that is technically necessary or actively entered by you, e.g.:

- Account data (email, username - if available)
- Session cookies (only for login and authentication)
3. Tracking Cookies
We use first-party measurement on our own servers to understand how visitors find and use our website — for example page views, referrer, campaign parameters (UTM), and advertising network click identifiers. This helps us attribute traffic by channel and improve the product.
For this purpose we set a first-party analytics cookie (`acquisition_visitor_token`) with a lifetime of up to two years. It stores a random visitor identifier so we can recognize returning browsers. We do not use fingerprinting. We do not store raw IP addresses for this measurement; country may be derived from the Cloudflare country header.
Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Measurement data is not transferred to third-party analytics providers for this purpose.
The purpose of processing is exclusively the technical optimization and further development of our offering.
In addition to the first-party analytics cookie described above, technically necessary cookies are used, e.g. for managing your login (session cookies).
4. No Third Parties
All data is processed exclusively on our own servers. We do not pass on data to third parties and do not use cloud services or external APIs for processing user input.

Processing takes place exclusively for the following purposes:

- legally required documentation (e.g. in case of legal violations)

Entered content and technical metadata (e.g. IP address) may be stored. Access to this data is strictly restricted to authorized persons and takes place using appropriate technical security measures.
7. Disclosure in Case of Legal Violations
In the case of criminally relevant content - especially sexual content involving minors - the relevant data (including IP address and timestamp) will be immediately transmitted to the competent law enforcement authorities.
