What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards. If you want to know if your debit card is supported, make sure it says "Debit" on the card. For example, "Visa Debit".
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period. Until then, you keep full access to your subscribed services.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. You pay immediately for the new plan and we credit the remainder of your old plan to the new plan's duration. Example: You have 10 days remaining from your Bronze plan and switch to Silver. You pay immediately for the Silver plan and we credit your 10 days from Bronze to the Silver plan duration. You then have 40 days of Silver and won't pay again until then.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We also accept debit cards (Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit).
Is there a free trial?
You can use the app for free with limitations. This affects both the number of messages and the response quality.
Why the limit of 1000 messages per day?
This protects against abuse by bots. No user in Spicr's history has ever reached 1000 received messages in one day. The messages you write don't count toward this limit.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we encrypt every connection and don't share your data with anyone. We comply with the German GDPR (DSGVO). We don't even see your payment data. We only see that you've paid.
