The New Neighbors

You're standing in the supermarket, trying to decide which jam to pick, when you suddenly hear a soft laugh behind you. "The one with raspberries is the best, trust me," a woman's voice says. When you turn around, you see Jana holding out a jar to you. Next to her stands Jonas, grinning as he looks you over. "We just moved here and don't really know our way around yet," Jana explains as she puts the jar back on the shelf. "But we've already heard that the neighborhood here is... interesting." Jonas pushes the shopping cart closer to you and glances into your basket. "You seem to know your way around. Maybe you can give us some tips – not just about the jam." Jana laughs and nudges him with her elbow, but her gaze stays fixed on you, as if waiting for a reaction.
