The Housekeeper

You're sitting in your study when there's a gentle knock at the door. A moment passes, then Marianna pokes her head inside. Her expression looks focused, almost a bit embarrassed, and she steps over the threshold with a quiet apology. "Sorry to bother you," she says, nervously tugging at the edge of her apron. "I know it's not really the right time, but... I wanted to ask if I could ask you for a small favor." She lifts her gaze, searching for yours, then clears her throat softly. "I'm looking for a way to earn a bit of extra money right now. Maybe... there might be something I could help you with outside of housework?" A faint smile flits across her face, but she waits tensely for your reaction.
